Nie chodzi tu jednak o sam\u0105 oszcz\u0119dno\u015b\u0107 energii, cho\u0107 ona bardzo mi si\u0119 podoba.<\/p>\n<p>Gotowa\u0107 w ten spos\u00f3b mo\u017cna niemal wszystko. Dolne pi\u0119tro, wype\u0142nione wod\u0105, mog\u0105 zaj\u0105\u0107 na przyk\u0142ad ziemniaki, a g\u00f3rne &#8211; mi\u0119so czy ryba. Gor\u0105ca para z gotuj\u0105cej si\u0119 wody pozwala ugotowa\u0107 (uparowa\u0107!) tak\u017ce warzywa, cho\u0107 zdecydowanie najzdrowiej jest je\u015b\u0107 je na surowo. Wiadomo jednak, \u017ce surowe warzywa s\u0105 dla tych, kt\u00f3rzy nie maj\u0105 problem\u00f3w z trawieniem &#8211; te ugotowane s\u0105 l\u017cej strawne. Trzeba jednak pami\u0119ta\u0107, \u017ce obr\u00f3bka termiczna niszczy wiele cennych sk\u0142adnik\u00f3w, witamin i minera\u0142\u00f3w. Gotowanie warzyw na parze jest wyj\u015bciem dla tych, kt\u00f3rzy nie mog\u0105 je\u015b\u0107 sur\u00f3wek. Dzi\u0119ki takiemu przyrz\u0105dzeniu mo\u017cna przygotowa\u0107 posi\u0142ek l\u017cejszy, ale cenniejszy dla naszego organizmu, poniewa\u017c jest o wiele mniejsza strata sk\u0142adnik\u00f3w takich jak witamina C. Walory smakowe te\u017c si\u0119 licz\u0105, sama wol\u0119 te\u017c np. smak uparowanego kalafiora ni\u017c surowego czy ugotowanego. J. poprosi\u0142, \u017ceby na jutro na obiad te\u017c by\u0142y klopsy, co jest dla mnie najwi\u0119ksz\u0105 nagrod\u0105.<\/p>\n<p>Wszystkim, kt\u00f3rzy ceni\u0105 zdrowe posi\u0142ki, a zarazem chc\u0105 oszcz\u0119dzi\u0107 czas przeznaczony na ich przygotowanie, polecam kupienie zestawu garnk\u00f3w do gotowania na parze. To nie musi by\u0107 od razu parowar!
